Does Sunday School Count?

I endured twelve years of catechism school (CCD is was called) from first to twelfth grade. Got first Communion, First Confession, and all that.

Is that equivalent torture? The boredom was sheer hell.

    When I was in catholic school some of the unlucky souls got to ALSO go to catechism as well... To me it was just the next level of hell - one I escaped. So actually I'd say it was less like torture and more like short sharp blows to the head - in comparison :)

    (I'm just talking out of my arse here though)
